Where is QOOQER made?
We produce our designs in Spain working with specialized workshops depending on the product. Most of our fabrics come from Portugal and Spain. In addition to our products, on our website we distribute other products not manufactured by us to complete our line of uniforms. These will always be marked as “Product selected by QOOQER” and are external to our production systems.
Are there different sizes of aprons?
No, aprons are one-size. They are designed to be adjusted to different bodies using either straps or harnesses.
How do I know what size I am?
For each product on our website, you can find the measurements of the product in the “Description” section.
How should I care for my product?
For each product on our website, you can find how to wash and care for the product in the “Care” section.
How can I be sure my order has been placed correctly?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check that all of the information is correct. If it is not, please contact us immediately.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification to let you know.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order if you want an apron or shirt as it appears on the website. Some garments, such as t-shirts, pants and some shirts, do have a minimum order. The website will indicate this when you make your purchase.
How do quantity discounts work?
We apply discounted prices starting from a certain quantity of the same product. The discounts increase the more units you buy, and you can see this on the product page. Discounts will be applied directly to your shopping cart on the website.
How can I repeat an order?
To repeat an order that you have made before, you need to be a registered user. To repeat, all you have to do is go to the USER area, in the ORDERS tab, and once there, find the desired order and click the REPEAT ORDER button.
How can I get a duplicate invoice?
Whenever you make a purchase, we will send you an invoice via email and a hard copy along with your order. If you need a duplicate invoice and you made the purchase as a registered user, go into your user area and download it from there. If you are not registered, write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the order number and your personal information. We’ll send you the invoice as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped if the product is not customized. For customized products, you can cancel the order if we have not yet begun the customization. To inquire about the possibility of canceling, write us at email@example.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in our online store with most of the usual payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), STRIPE or PayPal. As an additional service, customers in Spain may pay by bank transfer.
What are the shipping costs?
It depends on where you want to ship the order: Shipping within Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and to Portugal: €4.00 including VAT for orders up to €150. Free shipping on orders over €150. Shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.00 for orders up to 2 kg; €18.00 for orders 2-14 kg; €48.00 for orders over 14 kg. For shipments to Europe, consult prices here.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the entire European Union. If you live in a country outside the EU, write us here.
What is the delivery time for a product?
It depends on where you want to ship the order: Deliveries to Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal usually arrive in 2-3 business days. Deliveries to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are received in 3-5 business days. For deliveries to Europe, consult delivery times here. For deliveries outside of Europe, please inquire here. *Some of our products, such as t-shirts, pants and some shirts, have a longer delivery period. If your order includes any of these products, the entire order will be shipped in one delivery within the longest applicable shipping time. We will always let you know of this shipping time by email after your purchase.
How can I make a return?
You can make returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it is not a custom item (e.g. bespoke or with an embroidered name or logo). To make a return, follow these instructions.
Can I return only part of an order?
You can return your order in part or in full.
Can I return a customized product?
Customized products cannot be returned, since the customization has made them unsuitable for sale to other customers.
Can I customize with my name?
Yes. On some products, you will see the tool “Add embroidered name”. Click on it, enter your name, choose the thread color, and confirm. Easy as that.
Can I customize with my logo?
We can customize your order with your logo on orders of 6 units or more. We explain how to do it here.
Can I order bespoke aprons?
We will create the custom bespoke apron you need on orders of more than 20 units. You can learn how to do it here.
