Who is QOOQER and what does it do?

QOOQER is a brand specialized in workwear, professional uniforms, and functional clothing with style for professionals in the hospitality, retail, and other service sectors internationally. We design and produce most of our products artisanally in Spain and collaborate with workshops to offer products that combine quality, functionality, and modern design across Europe and other markets.

Where is QOOQER manufactured?

We develop our designs in Spain, working in collaboration with specialized workshops for each type of product. Most of the fabrics we use come from local suppliers in Spain and Portugal, many of them eco-friendly. Additionally, to offer a more complete uniform line, we have carefully selected some products that are not part of our own production, always labeled “Selected by QOOQER,” to provide the most professional range of products possible.

What materials are best for uniforms and aprons?

At QOOQER, we primarily work with strong and durable fabrics designed for professional use, such as organic cotton and cotton-polyester blends. These materials offer durability, comfort, and easy maintenance, even in demanding work environments such as kitchens, hospitality, or retail. We also offer a variety of garments made with Ripstop fabric, which provides superior resistance to tears and abrasion.

Do QOOQER aprons come in one size or multiple sizes??

Our aprons fit different body types and are recommended for both chefs and waitstaff, ensuring ergonomics and comfort during long working hours. On each product page, you will find exact measurements in the “Sizing” section. If you still have doubts, you can ask our experts when placing an order via hola@qooqer.com.

How do I choose the correct uniform size?

We provide a detailed sizing guide with exact chest, waist, and sleeve measurements in the description of each item. We recommend measuring your team before placing an order to ensure comfort and mobility.

What are the different types of aprons?

At QOOQER, we design professional aprons to suit different sectors and work styles, combining functionality, comfort, and design. The main types of aprons we offer are: Bib aprons: provide greater protection from chest to knee. Ideal for professional kitchens and hospitality, especially in intensive work environments. Waist aprons: fit around the waist and offer greater freedom of movement. Commonly used by waitstaff and in cafés. Cross-back aprons: feature straps that cross at the back, distributing weight more evenly and reducing neck strain. A very comfortable option for long shifts, highly demanded as ergonomic aprons for hospitality and retail.

What type of apron is recommended for professional chefs?

For professional chefs, a long apron with cross-back straps is recommended, as it provides greater protection against splashes, heat, and stains, while reducing neck strain, improving ergonomics and comfort during intensive use. Additionally, strategically placed functional pockets help facilitate daily tasks.

How should I care for the products?

On each product page on our website, you can find the “Care” section with instructions on how to wash and maintain them.

Are QOOQER uniforms suitable for intensive use?

Yes, our uniforms are designed for daily intensive use, with fabrics resistant to frequent washing and constructions that allow freedom of movement and breathability during long working hours.

Are QOOQER uniforms sustainable?

Yes, we work with certified organic cotton, eco-friendly fabrics, and local production (Spain–Portugal), which helps reduce our carbon footprint. Many of our garments carry the “Eco-friendly” label, and we prioritize suppliers with environmental certifications.

Orders

Does QOOQER ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the European Union with rates and delivery times depending on the country. For shipments outside the EU, you can consult conditions by contacting our customer service team.

How can I be sure my order has been placed correctly?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Check that all details are correct. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email.

What is the minimum order quantity?

In general, you can purchase from 1 unit; there is no minimum order if you want an apron or shirt as listed on the website. Some items such as t-shirts, pants, and certain shirts have a minimum order. The website will indicate this when you make your purchase.

How do quantity discounts work?

We apply discounts starting from a certain quantity of the same product. Discounts increase according to the number of units and can be seen on the product page. Discounts will be applied directly to your shopping cart on the website.

How do I repeat an order?

To repeat a previous order, you must be registered as a user. To do so, go to your USER area, then to the ORDERS tab, find the order you want, and click the REPEAT ORDER button.

How can I get a duplicate invoice?

Whenever you make a purchase, we will send you an invoice by email and a paper copy with your shipment. If you need a duplicate invoice and have registered as a user, go directly to your user area to download it. If you are not registered, write to hola@qooqer.com providing your order number and details. We will send the invoice as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped and it is not a personalized product. Personalized orders can be canceled if customization has not yet been performed. For inquiries about cancellation, contact hola@qooqer.com.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay in our online store with most common payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via STRIPE or PayPal. Additionally, in Spain, we also offer payment via bank transfer.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

It depends on where you want to ship the order: Shipping within Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and to Portugal: €4.00 including VAT for orders up to €150. Free shipping on orders over €150. Shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.00 for orders up to 2 kg; €18.00 for orders 2-14 kg; €48.00 for orders over 14 kg. What countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout the European Union. If you are outside the EU, please contact us here.

What is the delivery time for a product?

It depends on where you want to ship the order: Deliveries to Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal usually arrive in 2-3 business days. Deliveries to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are received in 3-5 business days. For deliveries to Europe, consult delivery times here. For deliveries outside of Europe, please inquire here. *Some of our products, such as t-shirts, pants and some shirts, have a longer delivery period. If your order includes any of these products, the entire order will be shipped in one delivery within the longest applicable shipping time. We will always let you know of this shipping time by email after your purchase.

Returns

How can I make a return?

You can make returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it is not a custom item (e.g. bespoke or with an embroidered name or logo). To make a return, follow these instructions.

Can I return only part of an order?

Yes, you can return part or all of your purchase.

Can I return a customized product?

Personalized products cannot be returned, as customization makes them unsellable to other customers.

Customization

Can I personalize with my name?

Yes. Many products allow embroidery personalization. Simply click “Add embroidered name,” enter your name, select thread size and color, and confirm. Your personalized apron will be ready quickly and easily.

Can I order aprons with custom logos for my company?

Yes. We offer embroidery or screen printing customization starting from 6 units. The choice of method depends on fabric type, logo design, and quantity of garments. Customization reinforces corporate image and enhances brand recognition.

Which type of customization is better: embroidery or screen printing?

Embroidery: more elegant, durable, and professional. Ideal for companies seeking a premium finish. Screen printing: more economical for large quantities. Perfect for larger or more complex logos. The choice depends on the desired finish and logo type.

What is the delivery time for customized uniforms?

Standard delivery for embroidered uniforms is 12–15 business days, depending on customization type and quantity. Screen-printed uniforms take 18–20 business days. For orders outside Spain, delivery increases by 4–5 days. Urgent orders can be handled based on availability.

Can I order made-to-measure aprons?

We manufacture the made-to-measure apron you need for orders of more than 20 units. Ask before purchasing.
