*A printed copy of the purchase invoice is required in order to process the return.
Return term
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
*Personalized products cannot be returned.
Print the invoice
Print the purchase invoice and place it inside the package together with the products you wish to return.
Return products in perfect condition
Products must be returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging or bag and all labels attached.
Footwear: the original shoe box must be in perfect conditions and may not be used as a shipping box. If the box is damaged or has shipping labels attached, the return cannot be accepted.
Send us your product
You can request a home pickup or drop off the package at a collection point.
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return inspection
Once the return has been received at our warehouse, we will verify the condition of the items. Only returns of products and packaging in perfect condition will be accepted.
Get your refund
The maximum refund processing time is 10 business days from the receipt of the package at our warehouse. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return costs:
International returns may be subject to customs duties and local taxes. These costs are not included in the return shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
- Spain: 5€
- European Union: 10€
- United Kingdom: 25€
- Non European Union: 38€
*REVER logistics handling fee: 1,5€
Defective products or incorrect orders
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, do not request a return label through this section. Instead, contact us at hola@qooqer.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
*If you request a return label for incorrect or defective products through the returns portal, the associated costs will be your responsibility.
