That’s why we’re especially proud at QOOQER to be part of the 2026 edition of the Basque Culinary Center’s 100 Young Talents of Gastronomy, an initiative that, every two years, recognises professionals under the age of 30 who are transforming the industry across every area of the gastronomic value chain.
Beyond the Kitchen
The future of gastronomy is being shaped from many different places. Chefs, producers, sommeliers, coffee and cocktail specialists, entrepreneurs, and emerging professionals all share the same vision: creating an industry that is more innovative, more sustainable, and more open to new ways of thinking about hospitality.
The 100 Young Talents of Gastronomy represent a new generation that is pushing the boundaries of the industry and redefining what the future of gastronomy can be.
