Returns Outside the European Union
Please contact our team using the return request form, indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide you with the return shipping address, the steps to follow, and a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is required for us to accept your return.

- Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
- Customs duties, taxes and import fees
Any customs duties, taxes or customs clearance fees incurred as a result of the return, whether in the country of origin or destination, are the responsibility of the customer. QOOQER does not cover or reimburse these charges.
