Return term
You have 15 calendar days to process the return of your order.
*Personalized products cannot be returned.
Print the invoice
Print me the purchase invoice and insert it with the shipment of the returned order.
*The printed purchase invoice is required to process the return.
Return products in perfect condition
You must return the products in perfect condition and with their original packaging or bag and labels.
Footwear: the original box must be in perfect condition and cannot be used as a shipping box. If the box is in bad condition, the return of the product will not be accepted.
Send us back your product
You can request a home pickup or use a convenience point.
(return shipping cost to be paid by the customer).
We will check that everything is ok
When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will check that everything is OK. Only returns of items in perfect condition will be accepted.
Get your refund
Once we receive your package, the maximum processing time is 10 working days.
