How much are shipping costs?
Shipping in Spain and Portugal €5.

Shipping in Europe (except Spain and Portugal) costs €10.50, and to the rest of the world €14,50.

When will I receive my order?
You are buying a handmade product from our workshop. In Europe, delivery time is approximately 7 days and 15 days for the rest of the world.

It’s hard to catch me at home; do you have a solution?
Yes, there are many pick-up points all over Spain where you can go and pick up your order. Take a look at our pick-up points.

Can I place an order as a gift?
We’re sorry, this option is only available in Spain and Portugal.

Our aprons make a lovely gift, and if you want to send your gift within Spain or Portugal we can giftwrap it for you. All you have to do is get a gift box in Accessories. We’ll make sure it arrives to the recipient with beautiful packaging.

Don’t worry – if you indicate that it’s a gift, we won’t attach a printed receipt.

How can I change or cancel an order?
If you haven’t paid yet, you can change or cancel your order at any time in your shopping cart. If you have paid, write to us at hola@qooqer.com and we’ll personally assist you.

Can I return an order?
You have 14 days to make a return. We accept returned products as long as they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns for reasons beyond our control are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I receive the wrong product?
We’re very sorry, this doesn’t happen often, but write to us and we’ll fix the problem right away hola@qooqer.com.

I placed an order from outside the European Union. Will I have to pay customs and import fees?
Any customs, duties or import fees are charged once the package arrives to its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Unfortunately, Qooqer has no control over these charges. We don’t have information about their cost because customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country. For that reason, we can’t be responsible for them.

If you have questions, please contact your local customs office. That way, you’ll have all the necessary information before placing your order.

 


About payment

How can I pay for my order?

You can use your credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or debit card (4B or 4B Maestro) or pay with PayPal or COD.

Is it safe to buy online?

Qooqer has taken all the necessary security measures so that your purchase is secure. When you pay with your card, you’re paying through a secure system that has the highest, most rigorous level of security; it’s impossible for anyone to intercept your payment information. Qooqer does not store credit card numbers.
